  1. Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return within 07 days of receipt if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Customized or personalized items are not returnable due to the custom nature of the work.
  • Items bought in sale cannot be returned.

Initiate returns directly via our website under “My Orders.” Follow the instructions to submit a return request without needing to contact us directly. Please contact us for any assistance.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product purchased, initiate exchange directly via our website under “My Orders.” Follow the instructions to submit an exchange request without needing to contact us directly.   1. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.
